Mr. Dean holds a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law as well as Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from Texas State University.
During law school, Mr. Dean gained valuable experience working with the Innocence Project of Texas where he researched and organized case histories and worked with senior attorneys on case file memorandum and legal briefs.
