Requerio Ayala is a dedicated and compassionate attorney licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and registered to appear before federal immigration courts. Requerio began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Nueces County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience. During his time there, he prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases, presented evidence to juries, and argued motions before judges. His work earned him the Diamond Award for excellence and professionalism, a distinction awarded by the District Attorney’s Office.
Following his tenure as a prosecutor, Requerio joined a nonprofit organization, further expanding his legal skill set. There, he represented clients in immigration matters, engaged with federal agencies, and continued to advocate for client interests through written motions and oral arguments. His practice emphasizes empathy and respect, always meeting clients where they are and helping them navigate complex legal systems with clarity and support.
Originally from Mission, Texas, Requerio earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi in 2018. He later graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2021. While awaiting his bar exam results, he worked as a substitute teacher in Corpus Christi, further demonstrating his commitment to service and community.
Requerio is known for his analytical mindset, tireless work ethic, and deep compassion for his clients. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and playing with his three dogs.
